As a transgender individual with a disability if it's one thing that I think everyone should know in my type of situation as a life lesson don't let people silence you because you have a beautiful voice that god gave you and the LGBTQ community use it if someone tries to tell you something you don't agree with or you don't think it's true about yourself speak up I know I have difficulty with this as well but it all has to do with listening to your gut and finding your inner voice that tells you the right and wrong things to say and do always choose what you feel you need and want to say don't be scared to tell your support team or your care team how you actually feel even though they might not be supportive of your disability or your sexuality or your gender identity always speak up and find your inner voice trust me it's very hard sometimes even for myself to do that but I will not stay silent I will make sure I'm heard even though others might not agre...

my life story

Hi I thought I share my life story  My life hasn't always been normal nor has it been great even my childhood I grew up in a small suburb town called finneytown Ohio i also had a severally autisic brother who was non verbal so after the age of 12 I basically took care of him my uncles who which one of them was our guardian was always out all the time going to run Aarons or taking my other uncle who was a disabled Vietnam veteran to McDonald's so I guess you can say that I never really had time to be a kid because at a young age I realized that I had to grow up a little bit quicker time went on and there started being legal trouble at the house because I told my teacher at school that my uncle had raped me and that's when cps got involved and that's when I moved into springboro Ohio with my aunt the years went by and things were still pretty bad off even at the current living situation I was at at the time then came freshman, sophomore, junior and finally senior year I a...

Hi everyone let me introduce myself my name is Gabriel Tobias Krabis but my legal name is Joy Krabis I'm a developmentally disabled adult within the LGBTQ community I identify as a transgender male but I haven't transitioned yet but I'm making this blog for people like me that are very high functioning and are unhappy with their current group home situation and they're under state guardianship at litem I'm also making this to share my story about my life my sexuality and how I got state guardianship and got into a group home stay tuned there's more to come
